- Registration Desks will be open:
- Saturday: 08:30 to 18:00 - register early on Saturday to avoid the queues.
- Sunday: 08:30 to 19:00
- Monday: 08:30 to 19:00
- Tuesday: 08:30 to 14:30
- Registration is possible without submitting an abstract.
- Participants who submitted abstracts by 22 May and whose abstracts are accepted, are eligible for the early registration fee. Upon confirmation of acceptance, participants will receive a special booking code to be entered in the registration system to ensure the early rate is applied. These confirmations were sent out at the end of June. This does NOT apply to those who submitted late abstracts.

- access to the Welcome drinks on Saturday and Closing Address on Tuesday
